By responding “yes”, you grant to PulteGroup, Inc., its subsidiaries, agents and affiliates (“PulteGroup”) an irrevocable, unrestricted, sub-licensable, worldwide, royalty free license to use, modify, edit, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute the photo or other content you submitted (“Content”), including the right to use your name, voice, image, likeness, and/or any other identifiable representation of yourself if included in the Content, for any purpose on any and all media and platforms now known or later developed without the requirement to make payment to you or to any third party or the need to seek any third party permission. The foregoing license includes without limitation the unlimited right to post, tag, and share the Content on PulteGroup’s social media channels, websites, emails, and promotional materials. You represent and warrant that you own the Content and have the right to grant the license, and PulteGroup’s displaying, publishing or posting of the Content, and any other use of the Content by PulteGroup, does not and will not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, name, image and likeness rights, copyrights, trademark rights, patents, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. You will indemnify and hold harmless PulteGroup from any claims to the contrary. PulteGroup has no obligation to post or use the Content.

By replying “yes,” responding affirmatively to our request, or replying or commenting with #sharePULTE (or any other consent tag or mechanism designated by PulteGroup) in response to PulteGroup’s request to use your social media content, you grant PulteGroup, Inc., its subsidiaries, agents, and affiliates (collectively, “PulteGroup”) an irrevocable, perpetual, unrestricted, non exclusive, sub licensable, transferable, worldwide, royalty free license to download, use, modify, edit, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise exploit the social media post(s), photograph(s), video(s), caption(s), and/or other content to which you have provided permission (the “Content”). This license includes the right to use your name, social media handle, voice, image, likeness, and/or any other identifiable representation of yourself if included in or associated with the Content, for any purpose, on any and all media and platforms now known or later developed, without any obligation to compensate you or any third party or to seek any third party permission. This license also includes the right to adapt, publish, and create derivative works from the Content. The foregoing license includes, without limitation, the unlimited right to post, tag, and share the Content on PulteGroup’s social media channels, websites, emails, properties, promotional materials, and advertising (organic or paid). You represent and warrant that you are an adult (in most states, at least 18 years of age), that you own or otherwise have all necessary rights in and to the Content to grant the foregoing license, and that PulteGroup’s displaying, publishing, posting, and other uses of the Content as described herein do not and will not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, name, image, and likeness rights, copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights you may have in the Content. You will indemnify and hold harmless PulteGroup from any claims to the contrary. PulteGroup has no obligation to post or use the Content, and no further approval will be required for PulteGroup’s uses as described herein.
