Woodward Floor Plan

Designed with families in mind, the Woodward is a two-story, 3,004 square foot home laid out in a way to keep busy families organized. This floor plan offers open spaces for family fun and dedicated rooms for other activities like studying or working from home. Visitors are instantly wowed by the large foyer when entering. Off the entrance is a flex space that can be used as a den, sitting room, or guest room. The family-friendly gathering space is a large area combining the living room and kitchen for a modern open concept layout.

The open kitchen features a large island, the perfect place for kids to do their homework and visit while dinner is being prepared. A formal dining room is located efficiently just off the kitchen, which makes entertaining a breeze. This floor plan also offers the cafe, an informal dining nook near the kitchen island. Pass through the cafe to the sunroom and read a book by the wide, bright windows.

Next to the kitchen is a hobby room and planning center, which is a functional space for doing office work while keeping an eye on dinner. If you enter through the garage, there's an optional drop zone for storage, so the family doesn't clutter the house when they arrive at the end of the day.

Upstairs are the bedrooms, each with its own walk-in closet. In the center of the second floor sits a loft area for relaxing and a convenient full bathroom. The master bedroom is called the Owner's Suite with its own bathroom, including both a tub and shower along with a two-sink vanity with a full-width mirror. One of the stellar features of this home is the laundry on the same floor as the bedrooms. How easy would that make your life? If you’re shopping for new homes for sale in Atlanta, GA, come by and see the Woodward in person.

Belfort Floor Plan

This design was created specifically with retirees and empty nesters in mind. The Belfort features a sprawling and elegant single-level, 2,397 square foot floor plan with two bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a basement, and two-car garage.

Visitors are impressed by the welcoming entrance that leads into the central part of the house or down a beautiful staircase into the basement. This modern and open plan was designed to have an abundance of natural light, a modern open kitchen, a connected gathering room, and a dining area off the kitchen for easy entertaining.

Conveniently located next to the kitchen, sits a pantry with cooks and chefs in mind, as well as a super laundry making this layout perfect for doing laundry while preparing dinner. Off the laundry, there’s a wide entryway leading to the two-car garage which was designed for easy loading and unloading of groceries, golf clubs, and shopping bags.

The bedrooms are perfectly laid out for privacy with the guest room and its own full bath at the front right corner of the house, while the spacious owner's suite is in the left back corner. There is a flex space near the guest room that could be used as a den. Additional bedrooms and baths are available, as well as an optional loft.

Allison Floor Plan

The Allison is a multi-level, 3,337 square foot home designed with families in mind. This well-thought-out floor plan features a central area on the main level with an open kitchen, cafe nook, gathering room, and formal dining room. The large and welcoming two-story gathering room has an abundance of stacked windows to bring in natural sunlight, with the open kitchen connecting the walk-in pantry and planning center for homework or office work. The 3-car garage provides additional storage growing families need.

At Pulte, we know that kids love gaming, but sometimes parents don’t want the noise. That’s why we’ve designed a gaming space a step down and away from the main living area. That way everyone’s happy. If gaming isn’t your thing, consider a home theater. The sky is the limit on possible uses with this large room.

All the bedrooms are located upstairs and each has its own walk-in closet. There’s an open space overlooking the floor below, creating light and space. Throughout the home, you’ll find extra storage space to tuck away what you don’t need right away. The owner's suite has an over-sized walk-in closet, with the master bath featuring a separate tub and shower, along with dual sinks. The super laundry on the second floor makes it easier to keep washing and ironing from cluttering the rest of the house.

Multi-level living offers togetherness and privacy when you need it, as well as ample storage space that growing families need.

Abbeyville Floor Plan

Don’t let the square footage of the Abbeyville fool you. This 1,683 square foot two bedroom, two bath single-story has an open floor plan with lots of natural light and high ceilings, making it feel larger than it is. With luxury finishes throughout, it’s perfect for entertaining friends and comfortable for day-to-day living. In fact, any chef or gourmet cook will fall in love with the designer kitchen featuring rich wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

Each of the two bedrooms sits at opposite corners of the house giving owners and company the privacy they need. The guest bedroom is located at the front of the house and has own bathroom. The owner's suite is at the rear of the house and has a private master bath featuring his and her sinks. Conveniently located just down the hall is the laundry. There is a flex space near the guest bedroom that could be used as a den, home office, or extra bedroom.

On top of all of that, there’s an option for a finished basement which will add lots of additional square feet for a game room, exercise room, or even a home theater.  This floor plan is efficient as well as beautiful.
