The Village at Tuscan Lakes is located on League City Parkway, approximately 3 miles west of I-45. The community is within 30 minutes to Galveston Island, and 10 minutes from the Kemah boardwalk and waterfront which provides additional recreation for residents and their guests. The Village at Tuscan Lakes also has easy and convenient access to nearby medical facilities, shopping, and restaurants. The Historical District in Old Town League City has a number of shops, stores and tea rooms. There are also 4 marinas in League City providing many boating activities.
Culture / Entertainment
The Kemah Boardwalk is just 5 miles away and has plenty to do, see, shop and eat! Cinemark 18 movie theater is about 4 miles away, perfect for a date night. The Art Alliance Center in Clear Lake houses exhibits in Nassau Bay.
Medical
When you need medical care, it is always nice to know that quality hospitals are nearby. UTMB Specialty Care Center is in League City and offers surgical care, imaging, a cancer center, and an orthopedic and rehab center. Clear Lake Regional Medical Center provides a women's center, pedictric care, and heart and vascular specialty practices. Calder Urgent Care and Family Practice offers quality urgent care when you need it in League City. Christus St. John in Nassau Bay offers cancer care, cardiology, ER, sports medicine, and home care services.
Recreation
The Kemah Boardwalk and Galveston are just minutes away where you can enjoy the beauty of the Texas Coast. Chester L. Davis Sportsplex in League City has ball fields, a playground, and hike and bike trails. Timber Creek Golf Club is a nearby public golf course in Friendswood. The Space Center Houston is a great place to visit on Nasa Parkway. League City also has a city park with playgrounds and ball fields.
Schools
The Village at Tuscan Lakes is in the Dickinson Independent School district. Schools include Hughes Rd. Elementary (TEA Recognized), Dunbar Middle (TEA Exemplary), and Dickinson High School.
Shopping
There are numerous places to shop near the Village at Tuscan Lakes! Baybrook Mall is nearby with a Macy's, Dillards, JC Penneys, and Sears. League City Town Center has a Target, Home Depot, Office Depot, Chili's, IHOP and more. The Tanger Outlet Center is just a short drive away and houses outlets such as Guess, Michael Kors, Coach, Kenneth Cole, Dress Barn and more. Everyday shopping can be done nearby at the WalMart Superstore in Kemah, or at the Kroger, Randalls, and HEB in League City.
