About the Area
Legacy Farms is located in Middlesex County and is convenient to Boston, Worcester and Providence, RI, via two major highways. Hopkinton provides residents easy access to Cape Cod and the islands, New Hampshire and Maine. In addition, Hopkinton is only three hours from New York City. Legacy Farms will be a 730 acre master planned mixed use community and a national model of Smart Growth. Over 70% of the site will be preserved and restored as passive and active recreational open space. Pulte Homes will be developing 250 acres of which 160 acres will be open space.
