    One of the unique things about Preston Village is the Austin address and low Travis County Taxes but our students attend the highly sought after Round Rock ISD schools. The strong public education system in Round Rock has been repeated recognized due to its high Texas Education Agency ratings and low student-teacher ratio average. Preston Village students attend Wells Branch Elementary School, Chisholm Trail Middle School and McNeil High School.

    • Take the Louis Henna Blvd exit
    • Turn left onto Louis Henna Blvd
    • Continue approximately 1/2 mile and turn left onto FM1325/La Frontera Blvd
    • Take left onto Quick Hill Rd
    • At stop sign take a left onto Grand Ave Pkwy and follow to model homes
