That's because your Homeowners Association (HOA) dues help pay for maintaining your community's common areas and amenities. Not only does that help protect your property values, it ensures you'll always be proud to call Preston Village your home.

How is the governing board structured?
Currently, the governing board is controlled by the developer with three Pulte employees on the board.

What committees contribute to the governing board?
Architectural Control, Neighborhood Watch, Landscape, Pool-Activities, Welcoming (please note: not all of these committees are currently active but can be formed if residents volunteer)

Are all the community activities included in the fees?
Yes, community activites are included in the fees.

Does the HOA have a reserve fund?
Yes. Reserve funds are maintained for future repair and replacement of assets that the HOA has long-term responsibility for, and are essential to a successful community. Reserves do not fund everyday expenses or more routine needs; the operating fund serves that.

How often are HOA fees increased?
Assessments can be increased by 10% each year. The budget is received at the end of the year to determine if an increase is required for the next year.

Does the HOA maintain all the amenities?
Yes, the HOA maintains all of the amenities at Preston Village.
