yes, unless the activities are from the model home/developer.

Does the HOA have a reserve fund? 
Yes.  This fund is for future repairs, maintenance, or replacement of major common elements or common area components.

How often are HOA fees increased?
As needed, with no increases to date. Each year, the Board of Directors reviews the previous year’s budget and forecast needs for the upcoming year. Part of the process includes making projections for the years to come.

Does the HOA have a community newsletter or intranet site for residents?
Yes. The HOA does send out newsletters periodically and homeowners have online access to their account, governing documents, can submit an architectural request or contact the management company through the system.
