That's because your Homeowners Association (HOA) dues help pay for maintaining your community's common areas and amenities. Not only does that help protect your property values, it ensures you'll always be proud to call The Estates at Town and Country Crossing your home.


Items covered by the HOA

  • Private roads
  • Common ground landscaping
  • Maintenance of Post Oak Savannah and its walking trails
  • Pond maintenance
  • Entry monument maintenance
  • Maintenance of some retaining wall easements

HOA Dues

  • $1,500 annually


Common Questions

How is the governing board structured?
Currently we have 3 Board of Directors whom are members from Pulte until such a time when elections will take place.

What committees contribute to the governing board?
Future committees could encompass, but may not be limited to, Neighborhood Representatives, Architectural Modification Committee and/or a Finance Committee.

How often are HOA fees increased?
There are many contributing factors involved in the assessment of HOA fees.  Committee recommendations and budgets will be meticulously analyzed to keep assessment increases to a minimum as the community is built.

Does the HOA maintain all the amenities?
Currently the Builder and the Management Company will be maintaining the amenities until the community is at a point where it is able to be maintained by the HOA.

Does the HOA have a community newsletter or intranet site for residents? 
Not at this time.
