That's because your Homeowners Association (HOA) dues help pay for maintaining your community's common areas and amenities. Not only does that help protect your property values, it ensures you'll always be proud to call Preston Woods your home.

HOA Dues

  • $410 per year, paid yearly. There is a one-time transfer fee of $15 as well as a one-time charge of $150 for initial working capital, both paid at closing.


Common Questions

How is the governing board structured?
There are currently 3 directors on the board, one is the elected resident director and two are Pulte employees.

What committees contribute to the governing board?
There are no committees at this time. One person volunteered to be on a social committee last year, but no further action has taken place.

Does the HOA survey residents to find out about new interests?
Not currently. There was a meeting a year or so ago and about 10 residents attended. The management company would be happy to prepare something, but have not been instructed to do so.

Does the HOA have a reserve fund?
The HOA does have a reserve fund.

How often are HOA fees increased?
Assessments are calculated based on projected expenses. Costs have remained stable for the past two years and were reduced $50 per year in 2012.

Does the HOA maintain all the amenities?
Yes, the HOA maintains all amenities - see above for a complete list.

Does the HOA have a community newsletter or intranet site for residents?
No, not at this time.
