That's because your Homeowners Association (HOA) dues help pay for maintaining your community's common areas and amenities. For 2014: $990 collected in January and in July. Total of $1,980.

How is the governing board structured?
The board will have 3 Trustees or lot owners that will manage the HOA after Pulte Homes transfers ownership of the HOA to the Fox Run owners.
Does the HOA have a reserve fund?
There is a reserve fund that is included in the annual budget.
How often are the HOA fees increased?
Prior the start of a new calendar year, the HOA budget is reviewed and adjusted as needed.
