One of the best things about living in Fox Run is you can relax knowing your community will keep on looking as beautiful as the day you first saw it. That's because your Homeowners Association (HOA) dues help pay for maintaining your community's common areas and amenities. Not only does that help protect your property values, it ensures you'll always be proud to call Fox Run your home.


 

Items covered by the HOA:

  • Use and maintenance of Waste Water Treatment Plant (Private sewer for Fox Run community)
  • Maintenance of 2 Fox Run entrances


HOA Dues:

For 2014:  $990 collected in January and in July.  Total of $1,980.
 

Common Questions:

How is the governing board structured? 
The board will have 3 Trustees or lot owners that will manage the HOA after Pulte Homes transfers ownership of the HOA to the Fox Run owners.

Does the HOA have a reserve fund?
There is a reserve fund that is included in the annual budget. 


How often are the HOA fees increased? 
Prior the start of a new calendar year, the HOA budget is reviewed and adjusted as needed.
