  • Homeowner’s Insurance- structural insurance (wind and hail)
  • Termite Treatment and Pest Control
  • Building Maintenance- power washing, siding & roof maintenance
  • Lawn Care- lawn mowing, landscaping, and irrigation for the entire community
  • Amenity & Common Area Expenses- power washing of common areas, street and street light maintenance, irrigation system maintenance, swimming pool & cabana maintenance, and pond and fountain upkeep
  • Community Management and Administrative Expenses

The board of directors is currently made up of Developer Employees

Does the HOA have a reserve fund?
Yes. Reserve funds are collected as a portio of monthly dues.  They are maintained for future repair and replacement of assets that the HOA has long-term responsibility for, Capital Projects.

Does the HOA have a community newsletter or intranet site for residents?
Yes - Firsst Service Residential provides a community Website for the Residents of Beacon Townes.
