There are several free video call platforms available to you, from FaceTime and Zoom to Skype or WhatsApp, that let you explore a home comfortably and safely on your own device so you can use technology to find the perfect place to call home without ever leaving yours.
Enjoy the attentive service of one of our incredible sales consultants, who will be with you every step of the way, with our personalized video tour. Get a private walk-through of your selected community and house, and have all your questions or concerns answered. This one-on-one tour gives you a more intimate feel than other fixed virtual tours. Plus, at the end of the tour, stick around for some additional Q&A time with your expert consultant.
Online Virtual Tours
Perhaps you aren’t ready for a video tour and are still in the early stages of your homebuying journey. Consider leveraging our virtual 3D tours which allow you to wander through potential homes from your sofa. Powered by Matterport technology and using high-definition cameras, these virtual tours deliver vivid details of the entire home, giving you an immersive 360° experience with views placed every 4–5 feet.
With our virtual tours, you can conveniently explore every area of your future home floorplan from wherever you are. Take advantage of multiple viewing spots in each room to give you a variety of perspectives, so no corner gets overlooked. Plus, thanks to our measuring tool feature, you can take customized measurements of counter heights, hallways, or floor spaces at the click of a button. In-Person Tours
A home is a significant purchase, so we understand you may need to experience the space in person before making a decision. That's why we offer options for appointments for individual in-person tours at any of our model homes across the country in addition to drop-in hours. That way, you can still tour the home and get the one-on-one attention you might need all while trying to avoid the busy Saturday crowd.
