Pulte Homes Featured on National Television Series
Pulte Homes was featured on The Green Room, a new show on The Discovery Channel. Five time Emmy award winner and former NBC News Correspondent John Holden will travel the globe to capture the stories on green issues, new environmental products, and interview the leaders, companies and individuals who are making a difference in environmental stewardship. One of the first stops was the desert of Las Vegas, Nevada where the groundbreaking Pulte Homes neighborhood of Villa Trieste can be found.
Pulte Outperforms Both Used and Typical New Homes
Pulte Homes was recently selected as the recipient of the 2009 Leadership for Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Award for Homes Outstanding Production Builder by the U.S. Green Building Council. Villa Trieste is a shining example of a community leading the way in energy efficiency and sustainability.
With nearly 400 new communities built in 27 states many of our homes feature energy-efficient features such as Smart Thermostats, Blown-in Insulation, Low-E Windows, Post Tension Foundation, Tight Construction and ENERGY STAR appliances.
