With DreamKeeper – a mortgage protection plan – you can receive up to $2,000 per month toward your mortgage payment for up to four consecutive months if you involuntarily lose your job.
- In select communities, Pulte Homes will pay for platinum membership in the Association of Homeowners Across America (AHAA) for (1) year; AHAA membership is required in order to participate in the DreamKeeper program.
- In select communities, Pulte Homes will pay for one (1) year of coverage under the Involuntary Unemployment Insurance (IUI) policy offered through the DreamKeeper program.
- The Involuntary Unemployment Insurance policy covers up to $2000 per month for up to four consecutive months if you become involuntarily unemployed during the term of the policy.
Please note that coverage, as well as of payment by Pulte Homes of membership fees and Involuntary Unemployment Insurance policy premiums, is not available in all states or in all Pulte Homes communities, and there are eligibility requirements, dollar limits, time restrictions, conditions and exclusions that could delay or even prevent payment of benefits.
