Excavation
The official start of construction of your new home!
We begin breaking ground. Tasks during this phase include preparing the soil for your foundation, laying the underground plumbing systems, pouring the concrete, and grading the lot for your new home.
Framing
Beginning to construct the structure of your new home.
We begin to erect the structure of your home. Tasks during this phase will include the external and internal shell including walls, roofing, windows, exterior doors, and insulation. We will also perform all interior mechanical installations including plumbing, electrical, and heating and air conditioning.
Drywall
Ready to begin all the finishing touches.
We will begin the interior finish of your home. Tasks during this phase will include drywall hang and finish, exterior cladding, installation of cabinets, trim/millwork, interior doors, paint, mechanical finishes, countertops and flooring. This is when the personality of your home takes shape.
Complete
Your home is ready for your enjoyment.
Your home is 100% complete and ready for move-in. All work has been completed along with a thorough Quality Assurance review. Enjoy your new home!
