Historic location, legendary amenities.
Del Webb communities are known for their remarkable locations, but Celebrate might offer the most important and significant setting of all. You don’t have to be a history buff to appreciate the fact that Civil War battles took place on this very land, a fact commemorated by historic markers on the property.
While paying respectful tribute to a pivotal period in our country’s identity, Celebrate also manages to remain very current in its appeal to today’s active adults age 55 and better. Indeed, some of the amenities serve as reminders of the Civil War period.
Cannon Ridge Golf Club, ranked by Golf Digest as one of the Top 10 courses in Virginia, is next door to Celebrate. It is just one of many courses in the region.
Celebrate will showcase a 29,000-square-foot Clubhouse that features an indoor swimming pool and spa, indoor track, state-of-the-art fitness center, business center, ballroom, kitchen, fireside library/lounge, aerobics room, and meeting rooms. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool, walking trails, and tennis and bocce courts. The Fountain Gathering Place near the Clubhouse offers a beautiful space to unwind or socialize.
Nine two- and three-bedroom model homes range from 1,269 to 2,919 square feet. This gated community offers a variety of detached single-family homes and attached villa homes. The low-maintenance home designs include guest suites, eating nooks, fireplaces, and lofts.

About Our Community
Whether they’re part of a smaller, more intimate setting or a large resort-style community, amenities are one way that Del Webb encourages residents to realize their full potential as individuals and as members of a community. Amenities are more than buildings and pools and fitness centers; they are invitations to meet your neighbors and explore new interests.
From Celebrate you can hike to the beautiful Rappahannock River, just a short distance from the community. Once there, you can canoe, kayak, or simply take in the gorgeous surroundings.
With the neighboring, award-winning Cannon Ridge Golf Club just a golf cart ride away, as a homeowner you can take advantage of the opportunity to improve your game.
In the future, Celebrate will be home to a state-of-the-art 30,000 square foot Clubhouse to include an indoor pool and spa, fitness facilities, game/cards/billiards rooms, fireside lounge, indoor track and more. Meet your Lifestyle Director
Celebrate by Del Webb has a fantastic full-time Lifestyle Director on staff, Linda Ferguson. Getting to know the residents is crucial to the success of the lifestyle program in a Del Webb community.
Linda was born and raised in Oakton, Virginia with her mother, father and sister. In 1997, she left to attend Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University graduating with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies and double minor in Entomology and Technology Education. After graduation, Linda moved back to the Northern Virginia area. Following a brief period in the insurance industry, she joined the Pulte Family in 2004 and has held several positions within the organization. Linda was very excited when the Lifestyle Director opportunity came her way and was only too happy to accept!
Linda has a passion for people and a flair for fun. In her spare time, she enjoys chasing her 4-year-old nephew around or relaxing with a great book, but she also enjoys dinner parties, game nights, theatre/concerts, and bowling as well as taking advantage of the outdoors by boating, fishing, jet skiing, and riding her motorcycle.
Every moment Linda spends with the residents of Celebrate and planning the many activities on our lifestyle calendar is an inspiration to her. She looks forward to continue building an active lifestyle at Celebrate and getting to know all of its residents!
