About Our Community
Whether they’re part of a smaller, more intimate setting or a large resort-style community, amenities are one way that Del Webb encourages residents to realize their full potential as individuals and as members of a community. Amenities are more than buildings and pools and fitness centers; they are invitations to meet your neighbors and explore new interests.
In Carolina Preserve, those opportunities present themselves in the 34,000 square foot clubhouse featuring state-of-the-art fitness, a heated indoor pool, ballroom, and a stadium kitchen. Outdoor amenities include scenic walking trails, tennis courts, bocce courts, a chipping and putting green, a pool and 15-acre lake.
In addition, the 12,000 square foot Amberly Residents Club offers a stylish multi-use center with a fitness center, event lawn, amphitheatre, Jr. Olympic pool, kids pool and adult pool. Amberly will also feature a Village Center offering small shops at the center of the community and a Town Center with additional shopping, entertainment, restaurants and office space.
Meet your Lifestyle Director
Meet Lauren Conway! Lauren is Carolina Preserve's lifestyle director who helps run Bradford Hall and works with residents to plan community events and club activities. As lifestyle director, Lauren works to make sure you are enjoying the Active Adult lifestyle to the fullest.
Lauren was born in Wooster, OH and graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. She currently lives in Raleigh and loves anything outdoors, tennis, shopping, spending time with friends and family, and scrapbooking!

Clubs and Classes
You'll never run out of things to do at Carolina Preserve with all of the clubs and classes that you can join. If you enjoy playing games you can join the poker club, the mah jongg club, or just swing by one of the community game nights. Looking to let your creative side out? Check out the pottery club, photography club, or help put together the community newsletter. If sports are what you're into try the golf group, the bocce club, or tennis club. For those who want to meet new people there are plenty of socializing clubs as well such as the ladies and men breakfast groups. In addition to all of the groups that you can join there are also always classes available in Bradford Hall. Classes offer you the chance to try everything from yoga to square dancing to healthy cooking.

Transportation
Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU), located about eight miles from Carolina Preserve, offers almost 500 daily flights to 41 destinations. RDU is big enough to get you just about anywhere, but small enough to navigate without feeling overwhelmed. The Town of Cary offers fixed route and door-to-door services with the C-Tran bus service.
