Scenic splendor not far from the nation's capital.
Live in the cradle of our nation’s history amid the rolling hills just 10 miles from historic Gettysburg and 60 miles from Baltimore and Washington, D.C. This community for active adults age 55 and better is scenic and intimate, yet it’s convenient to the many attractions of major cities.
Carroll Vista by Del Webb has attractions of its own, including a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, arts and crafts, plus billiards and card rooms. Outdoors you’ll meet neighbors at the swimming pool, along the network of scenic walking paths, at the bird-watching sanctuary or the meditation garden. Team sports include bocce ball, tennis, and a four-hole chip and putt.
And to make the most of your community every day, rely on our Lifestyle Director as a friendly resource who can link you with activities, classes and trips. Recent outings have included a dinner cruise along the Potomac River to see the cherry blossoms in bloom, all the way to tropical vacations.
