Sun City Festival has an impressive array of amenities - so many that you might not want to ever leave the property. Just in case you do, the cities of Buckeye and Surprise will cater to your every want and need, from fine dining to excellent shopping.
Shopping
If shopping is your passion, Sun City Festival is a short drive to the major metropolitan areas of Surprise, Buckeye, Goodyear, and Sun City West - offering everything you'd need from grocery stores and shopping malls, to movie theaters and restaurants. Festival Marketplace, located within Sun City Festival, currently offers the conveniences of an on-site gas station and several other retail shops and businesses are scheduled to open soon. Arrowhead Towne Center, Desert Sky Mall, and Westgate City Center are all close to Sun City Festival.
Recreation
For the adventurous, you'll find plenty of recreational venues nearby including the White Tank Mountain Regional Park, Estrella Mountain Park, and the Sun City and Litchfield Park Recreation Centers. In the much cooler north, you’ll find the charming, historic cities of Flagstaff and Sedona - although we don't think you'll ever run out of things to do at Sun City Festival.
Medical
Sun City Festival is in close proximity to quality medical facilities, including Del E. Webb Memorial Hospital, Boswell Memorial Hospital, Arrowhead Community Hospital, and on-site emergency medical technicians.
Culture / Entertainment
Whether it’s a pro sporting event, live entertainment, or a world-class zoo, there’s an amazing array of entertainment options from which to choose. Head out to Chase Field, ASU Gammage, Jobing.com Arena, Cricket Pavilion, University of Phoenix Stadium, Phoenix International Raceway, or the Sun Devil Stadium for exciting sports events. Or for a great show, book tickets at the Dodge Theatre, Herberger Theater Center, U.S. Airways Center, or the Orpheum Theatre. And if a leisurely day with the grandkids is on your schedule, check out the Phoenix Zoo.

3-Night Vacation Getaways
It is a time-honored tradition among Del Webb residents to try out your future community, meet the neighbors, get a feel for the rhythm of life there, and enjoy the amenities the same way residents do.
It's called the Vacation Getaway and it's our way of making you feel at home. During your 3 or 4 night stay you'll put your feet up in a fully furnished villa for only $89 a night, plus tax from now until April 30th, 2010. (There's even a golf cart in the garage.)
