The “wow” factor. The Provence has it. From the beautiful curving staircase that leads upstairs from the circular foyer, to the formal dining room, this house really shines. A tour of the first floor starts with the den, where you could listen to music or catch up on your e-mail. Both a full bath and powder room sit outside this space, making it possible to convert the den into a bedroom, if you need an extra.
