Elegant Living. Easy Life Style.
Loma Colorado, a luxurious single-family neighborhood, is situated on 433 acres in the heart of Rio Rancho. Loma Colorado is a unique and beautiful community to call home where convenience is a major factor. It is situated within walking distance to many area amenities like its three own parks and an extensive trail system linking the neighborhoods to future retail locales. It is also less than two miles from NM528-a main route to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. The city of Rio Rancho itself is fast becoming an up-and-coming location for those who crave that peaceful "out West" lifestyle, with all of the family-friendly conveniences of a big city.
Rio Rancho offers residents plenty to choose from in the way of recreational activities and many are ideally located within walking distance from Loma Colorado. From the new Rio Ranch Aquatic Center, to the Loma Colorado Library and Blades Multiplex Arena, along with the Rio Ranch Sports Complex, to the abundance of parkland nearby, there is always plenty for everyone to do here.
Now, Pulte Homes continues its commitment to creating innovative, strategically designed neighborhoods with the addition of Loma Colorado. Here, families will enjoy a mixed-use community that combines a variety of housing styles, many of which are new to New Mexico, as well as retail and commercial space. You have several floor plans to choose from-all in a unique "pod" system that places single-story and two-story homes in separate locations to maximize potential stunning views of the Sandia Mountains.
With 90 acres dedicated to parks, trails, and open space, and great proximity to many of Rio Rancho's best amenities, it's no wonder Loma Colorado is the most talked about neighborhood in the area and a place your family will be excited to call home.
