From I-94 Eastbound:
- Exit #159 Chelsea/ Manchester (M-52) north through downtown Chelsea
- Turn right onto Dewey, which is the first street on your right past the railroad tracks
- When you come to the first stop sign (McKinley Street) turn right
- Turn left onto Railroad Street, before you get to the railroad tracks
- Heritage Pointe is located on the north side of Dexter Chelsea Road
From I-94 Westbound:
- Exit #162 US 12/Old Jackson road
- Turn right (west) off exit ramp, then continue down US 12/Old Jackson road until you come to first light, which is Freer, and turn right
- Take Freer until it dead ends, right past railroad tracks, and make a left onto Dexter-Cheslea Road
- Heritage Pointe is located approximately ¼ miles ahead on the north side of Dexter Cheslea Road
