Welcome to Legacy Farms

Legacy Farms is situated on 250 acres in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, 160 of which will be open space. While a rural setting has been created for the community, it is located in close proximity to two major highways, both allowing for an easy commute to Boston and Worcester. Offering eight different plans, the community will give consumers a chance to choose the product best suited to their needs. The town of Hopkinton is rich in history and is best known as the starting point of the Boston Marathon. Along with a nationally acclaimed school system, the Town also offers three large lakes, a Massachusetts Audubon Bird Sanctuary, town forest, town beach, large state park, numerous trail systems for walking and riding, and ball fields making it ideal for recreation and adventure for adults and children alike.
