- Take exit 111, and travel east on Immokalee Road for approximately 9 miles
- Turn left onto Oil Well Road/CR 858 (gas station on the right) and travel approximately 8 miles
- Turn left into the entrance of Ave Maria
- Follow signage to Ave Maria Sales and Information Center
From I-75 (Miami/Ft. Lauderdale):
- Take exit 80 and travel north on SR 29 for approximately 10 miles
- Turn left onto Oil Well Road/CR 858 and travel west approximately 5 miles
- Turn right into the entrance of Ave Maria
- Follow signage to Ave Maria Sales and Information Center
