Directions
From I-880:
- Take I-880N toward Oakland, then take 7th St. exit toward West Grand Avenue
- Go straight through the light; street turns into Frontage Road
- Continue down Frontage Road approximately .5 miles
- You will see the flags and signs on the right side, then turn right into Zephyr Gate
From I-580:
- Take 580 West
- Take 980 West (Downtown Oakland interchange) and stay to the far right!
- Take the first exit - West Grand Avenue
- Go straight on Northgate until you come to West Grand
- Turn right on West Grand
- Continue down West Grand until you come to Frontage Road (at light before going under freeway)
- Turn left on Frontage Road and you will see Pulte directional signs
- Go down Frontage Road about .5 miles
- You will see Pulte flags and signs on the left hand side, then turn left into Zephyr Gate
From I-680:
- Take CA-24 West toward Oakland
- Stay left to I-980W, then take the first exit which is the West Grand Avenue exit
- Go straight on Northgate until you come to West Grand Avenue
- Turn right on West Grand, then continue down West Grand until you come to Frontage Road (at light before going under freeway)
- Turn left on Frontage Road and you will see Pulte directional signs
- Go down Frontage Road about .5 miles
- You will see Pulte flags and signs on the left side, then turn left into Zephyr Gate
From San Francisco:
- Take I-80E toward Bay Bridge/Oakland, then take the I-880S exit to Alameda/San Jose
- Take the right fork to W. Grand Ave/Maritime St., then merge onto W. Grand Avenue
- Turn right on Frontage Road which is the first light under the freeway; sign says to 7th Street
- Go down Frontage Road about .5 miles
- You will see flags and signs on the left side, then turn left into Zephyr Gate
From Richmond (I-80):
- Take I-80W, continuing on I-580 (signs for I-880/I-580/Alameda/San Jose)
- Continue on I-880S (signs for W Grand Ave/I-880S/Alameda/San Jose)
- Take the West Grand Ave exit, toward 7th Street
- Freeway Exit merges into Frontage Road (sign only shows "To 7th Street")
- Go down Frontage Road about .5 miles
- You will see the flags and signs on the left hand side, then turn left into Zephyr Gate
